Criminal Justice Certificate Program
About the Criminal Justice Certificate
In conjunction with the USG’s Adult Learning Consortium, Armstrong is offering this 30-hour certificate program designed to fold into the Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. This certificate program is aimed at providing non-traditional students who are active and retired members of the military, military spouses, and public and private employees who wish to pursue career advancement.
Armstrong is the perfect place for students to begin their educational career in criminal justice for a number of reasons.
Highly qualified faculty teach in the program. Many of the faculty members have been practitioners in their field prior to teaching. Members of the faculty include a former police officer, correctional educator, probation officer, prosecutor and attorney.
Our online program offers accessibility, affordability and interaction. This certificate program provides accessibility to those who are working in their field and unable to move to a college or university. Armstrong is one of the least expensive universities to attend in the region. And, the faculty teaching online courses are trained to be highly engaging in the online course room environment.
- Armstrong provides options for the student to accomplish any level of study in the field of criminal justice. The criminal justice program encourages students to move from the certificate to the Associates of Arts degree to the Bachelor of Science degree. Armstrong also offers a graduate certificate in Cyber Security and the Master of Science degree. Each degree program can be incorporated into the next degree.
