The Department of Diagnostic and Therapeutic Sciences offers an entry-level baccalaureate degree in Radiologic Sciences, an RT to BSRS bridge degree program, and a post-baccalaureate certificate program. These programs are supported by nationally known faculty who hold certifications in multiple areas.
The entry-level baccalaureate degree is for individuals who are not currently certified in professional areas and wish to enter the discipline. The degree has tracks leading either to certification in radiography, radiation therapy, nuclear medicine, sonography or cardiovascular/interventional.
The RT to BSRS bridge programs offer certified professionals a mechanism to complete a baccalaureate degree and develop additional professional practice skills and technical skills in an advanced radiography area (CT, MRI, or mammography) or in the area of radiation therapy.
The post-baccalaureate certificate program is a program for individuals who hold a baccalaureate degree in radiologic technology, radiologic sciences, or a related area and wish to enter radiation therapy or an advanced imaging modality.
