Registration Instructions for Graduate Students
Registration at Armstrong Atlantic State University occurs on the Student Help & Information Program, S.H.I.P. which is located in the Port of Armstrong.
Students are eligible to register upon acceptance during the posted registration time. You may access web registration from any academic computer lab on campus or from your home computer.

Registration Information for Graduate Students
Advance Registration (Currently Enrolled and Readmitted Students)
Students who are currently enrolled or have been enrolled within the last three terms are invited to register during advance registration. See Academic Calendars
for the registration dates for a specific term. Graduate students who have not attended within the last three terms will be required to submit a readmit application to Graduate Enrollment Services, second floor, Victor Hall. Readmitted students may register during advance registration.
Late Advisement and Registration
Armstrong has a period of late registration and drop/add (schedule adjustment). During this registration period, students are permitted to register for classes and make schedule adjustments. A late registration fee will be assessed. See the Academic Calendars for these dates.

Steps for Graduate Registration
All students who register via the web must have a PIN (Personal Identification Number). Your PIN is provided at the time of admission. If you have forgotten your PIN, you must request for it to be reset by the Registrar's Office.
a. Log in to the Port of Armstrong, then SHIP.
b. Register for classes.
c. Print Schedule and Bill before logging out.
Follow fee payment instructions and pay by fee payment deadline.
Students can pay through S.H.I.P. Students who do not pay by the scheduled fee payment deadlines will be dropped from all courses.
