Group Exercise Programs

Whoever said exercising is boring has obviously not been to one of our Group Exercise Classes! Armstrong offers a wide range of fun and exciting workout classes to help keep you on your toes. All sessions are free of charge for Student Recreation Center members and students. All classes are drop-in and everyone is welcome to attend. So grab a roommate, a friend, or that cute Pirate you always see at the cafeteria, and join the fun!
