The Writing Center is a place where all students may go for help with their writing. Tutors offer individual instruction in basic writing skills and provide guidance in the preparation of essays, reports and research papers. Professors and tutors work one-on-one with students on all aspects of the writing process: researching information, discovering ideas, drafting, revising and editing. Tutors will not write or proofread papers but will help students learn how to improve their essays. The Writing Center is currently located in Gamble Hall, Room 123. Please visit there or call for current hours of operation at 912.344.3072.
The CST Math and Science Tutor Center has completed its move to Science Center 132. This is just down the hall from the SC 129 Computer lab on the smaller, 3 digit side of the building, closest to Victor Hall. The center is open 9 am- 8 pm M-F, 9 am - 2 pm on Friday and 2 pm-8 pm on Sunday. Closed on Saturday. No appointment is necessary.
