We provide direct service and specialized consultation to the administration, management, faculty and staff of Armstrong Atlantic State University in the following areas/subject matters: benefits, classification and compensation, employment opportunities, labor and employee relations, faculty and staff hiring, immigration, payroll, professional development and quality improvement.
 

Our Mission

The Human Resources Department will strive to play a leadership role and provide services and information for the faculty and staff of Armstrong Atlantic State University by promoting the concept that our employees are our most valuable resource and shall be treated as such. The Office of Human Resources shall act as a catalyst for all offices and departments, enabling all employees to contribute at optimum levels toward the success of goals and missions of the total institution.
