Ordering Your Cap & Gown

Herff Jones Company will have a kiosk set up inside the university bookstore located in the Student Union on Thursday, February 14 from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and on Friday, March 1 from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.  During this time, students may order their caps and gowns for commencement as well as class rings and graduation announcements or invitations.

Graduating students may also order their cap and gown online at:
http://www1.herffjones.com/college/graduation/index.cfm.  The last day for online orders is March 19.  Students who miss the deadline should contact Herff Jones.

Students may pick up their cap and gown at the Graduation Fair on Thursday, April 25.  It will be held from 1:00 p.m. - 7 p.m. in the Student Union.  If students cannot attend the Graduation Fair, they can get their cap and gown from the bookstore during open hours beginning Friday, April 26.  The Armstrong Bookstore's regular hours of operation are Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Friday, 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. and Saturday, 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.  Volunteers will be available the day of graduation to assist.

Faculty and Regalia Orders

Faculty members at Armstrong Atlantic State University are responsible for ordering their own academic regalia and can do so by contacting Oak Hall Industries.  Please allow four to seven weeks for shipment of your order.  Oak Hall Industries can rush an order if it is placed within three weeks of the requested arrival date.  An additional fee is charged for rush orders.  To order your regalia please visit www.oakhalli.com.
