How to View Your Award Letter

Your Award is available through Port of Armstrong and you may follow these step-by-step instructions to view your Award.  Please note that you are required to accept or decline your Stafford loan award. 

1. Log into Port of Armstrong
2. Click on SHIP.
3. Click on Student Services and Financial Aid.
4. Click on Financial Aid Menu.
5. Click on My Award Information.
6. Click on Award by Aid Year.  Select an aid year in the drop down menu. Click on Submit.
7. Click on the Award Overview.
