Armstrong Atlantic State University has a number of Xerox copiers on campus covered by the Xerox Metered Supplies Agreement.

What supplies are covered in the Xerox Metered Supplies Contract?

  • Toner & Copy Cartridges:  Black and Color toner(s), including cartridges and ink sticks. To order toner, call the Xerox Metered Supplies Customer Support Center at 1-800-599-2198 and provide the serial number of your device.
  • Customer Replaceable Units (CRUs):  Fuser modules, Xerographic Modules, Waste Containers, Drum Cartridges, Transfer Belt Cleaners, Feed Rolls, and Transfer Roll. To order CRUs, call the Xerox Customer Technical Support Center at 1-800-821-2797 and provide the serial number of your device.

What supplies are not covered in the Xerox Metered Supplies Contract?

  • Staples are not included in the Metered Supplies Contract and must be ordered by your department.  To order staples, call the Xerox Supplies Department at 1-800-822-2200 and provide the serial number of your device.
  • Paper is not included and must be provided by your department.
