Server Maintenance Schedule
IT Services reserves Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 11:00 p.m.to 2:00 a.m. for routine and periodic maintenance. IT Services usually returns all services back to normal operations and completes maintenance within a few hours after maintenance begins. However, the entire window is always reserved in case of complications or if additional work is necessary.
IT Services will be performing upgrades to Port of Armstrong on Sunday, February 10th, from 10 a.m. - 11a.m. The planned upgrades are to improve security and email connectivity. Access to Port may be unavailable briefly during this time.
IT Services has scheduled maintenance for the following services beginning at noon on February 1st. These services are campus license-server based applications:
|Altera Quartus||Kurzweil||Rosetta Stone|
|Autodesk Inventor||Maple 13||Solidworks|
|JAWS||Palisade Decision Tools|
Clients installed on your office computer for these services will need to be updated.
To avoid interruption in accessing these services, contact the IT Services Helpdesk to schedule an appointment for your client update.
Port of Armstrong will be down on Sunday, January 27 at approximately 9am for patching and routing maintenance.
Services are expected to be resumed by 11am.
IT Services has scheduled maintenance for Cove, Student email, and other web based services beginning on Friday, January 11, 5:00 p.m. until Monday, January 14 8:00 a.m. During this time - frame web based applications may experience intermittent access while these services are incorporated into Armstrong's new portal - Port of Armstrong. IT Services is excited to announce the new Port of Armstrong will launch on January 14, 2013 at 8:00 am.
