Novell Shared Drives

Novell Shared Drives are available to all employees. These shared drives are available on campus and are backed up nightly. Each employee has access to their personal area on the J: drive, a departmental shared area on the K: drive and campus wide exchange area on the L: Drive.

The Campus wide exchange area is routinely erased and not an area to be used for storage but to share files with those not in your department.

NOTE: In order for Student Workers to have access to shared drives and network printers they are required to have a Student Worker Novell account. Please complete the Student Novell Account Request (PDF) for access.
