Armstrong’s Physical Therapy Department to Host 5k Run

(September 28, 2011) Armstrong Atlantic State University’s Department of Physical Therapy will host a 5K run/walk starting at 8 a.m., Saturday, October 15 on the Armstrong campus, 11935 Abercorn Street.

The race will begin and end at the Student Health Center and follow a flat surface path along the beautiful campus arboretum away from all thoroughfares. The entry fee of $25 includes a t-shirt. All proceeds support Armstrong’s physical therapy student programming and conferences. Prizes will be awarded to the fastest overall male and female runners.
