Travel, Expense and Purchasing Classes

Travel and Expense Training Classes will be held on Friday, September 5th from 1:30 - 3:30 pm and Tuesday, September 9th from 9:30 – 11:30 am.

The classes will be taught by Daphne Burch, the Armstrong Purchasing Manager, and will include travel policies and procedures.  The classes will also include instructions for creating a travel authorization and an expense report in PeopleSoft.

In addition, Purchasing Training Classes will be held on Tuesday, September 9th from 1:30 - 3:30 pm and Friday, September 12th from 9:30-11:30 am. 

This class will be also be taught by Daphne Burch, and will include purchasing policies and procedures, as well as instructions for creating a requisition.

In addition, the iStrategy Enhanced Journal Drill error has been resolved.

On Friday, August 15th, the first annual “First-Year Student Convocation” will be held in the Fine Arts Auditorium at 10:00 a.m.

Due to the procession of the students walking from the Sports Arena down Science Drive to the Fine Arts Auditorium, Science Drive will be closed to traffic until 11:00 a.m.

After 11:00 Science Drive will be re-opened and traffic will resume as normal.
