Health and Wellness Fair

There will be over 40 health professionals including nutritionists, physicians, massage therapists and more.  There will also be free give-a-ways, free massages and lots of other free educational information.  In addition, there will be people performing body fat assessments, blood pressure readings, flexibility testings, and more.  All students, faculty, staff, and alumni are welcome to attend.

The B.J. Ford Scholarship was established in 2012 in honor of the head coach for the inaugural women's basketball and softball teams at Armstrong, B.J. Ford. Last year's second annual women's walk raised another $10,000 towards the scholarship. The B.J. Ford Scholarship is awarded to one student-athlete who competes on one of the six women's intercollegiate athletic teams - volleyball, soccer, basketball, tennis, golf or softball.

The Celebrate Armstrong weekend will go out with a bang at the Beach Music Blowout that will be full of food, fun and fireworks! Relax on the front lawn off of Burnett Boulevard and enjoy a military salute and music from Band of Oz, a prominent U.S. beach music group with roots as far back as 1967. Guests may purchase our traditional Lowcountry Boil dinner for $15 per person, $10 for Armstrong students, military, and children under 10, or bring their own picnic.

The Call to See the Invisible Student.” Presented by Armstrong’s Department of Criminal Justice, Social and Political Science, the lecture will focus on students with criminal histories on college campuses and how they often feel more invisible and less included than other students. Leadership Lecture Series: Ken Blanchard

Join Savannah's creepiest and scariest bar crawl along Savannah's eeriest strip. Costume Crawlers will quench their thirst on drink specials at each participating bar as they creep down chilling Congress Street. As opposed to a typical "bar crawl" where participants travel as one big group with designated time slots at each bar, this event allows participants to "crawl" at their own pace.
